A: Orders are shipped via Express courier Priority Airmail service, and delivery will take approximately 6-8 days to most destinations. All orders are shipped once payment is successfully processed!

Q: Is there any way I can receive my order more quickly?

A: Our DVD sets are custom-ordered from overseas and thus we do not have an Expedited delivery option available currently.

Q: Shipping is SO expensive - why?

A: Our DVD sets are ordered and shipped directly from overseas - combined with the extremely heavy weight of some titles, this may end up in relatively higher shipping charges. We do heavily subsidize shipping charges for our customers, however, so the final amount you pay is palatable compared to the ACTUAL charges incurred.

Q: Can I track my shipment online?

A: Yes, upon shipment you will be e-mailed with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the status of your shipment. Buy with confidence!

Q: I am purchasing this order as a gift. Can you package it discreetly?

A: Yes, our packaging is discreet and we also welcome requests for custom packaging through the 'Notes' field during the checkout process.
